I hereby give my consent to participate in the Distant Reiki Treatment and/or EFT Session and understand that the services provided by my chosen Reiki Practitioner are intended to provide relaxation and reduce stress. I understand completely that the services provided during the Distant Reiki Treatment and/or EFT Session are in no way a substitute for traditional medical treatment or advice. I am fully aware that my chosen Practitioner will not offer any diagnosis or recommend any Medical Treatment or Prescribed Medication. I understand that I must continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of my overall personal health care plan, and I should contact my own certified and licensed medical physician/doctor/health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments or concerns that I may have to get proper medical advice.
I agree and understand that my participation in this Distant Reiki Treatment and/or EFT Session is voluntary and that at any time during the Session, I can choose to end my participation. I also understand that I may experience 'self-healing reactions' during the 48 hours following the Distant Reiki Treatment and/or EFT Session. I understand that any information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. I also understand that any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without my written permission.
Finally, I understand that by providing this informed consent I am assuming full responsibility for participating in this Reiki Treatment and/or EFT Session and I hold harmless both my chosen Practitioner and the facility/location where the services are provided.
Limited Scope of Service
The Reiki and/or EFT services provided are limited to emotional and energetic support and are not meant to address or treat any medical or psychological conditions. The practitioner does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. If you have a medical or psychological concern, it is imperative that you seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Individual Results May Vary
Results obtained through Reiki and/or EFT services may vary from person to person. The effectiveness of Reiki and/or EFT is subjective and dependent on various factors, including individual circumstances, commitment, and follow-through. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
Not Suitable for All Individuals
Reiki and EFT may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain psychological or medical conditions, or those undergoing medical treatment, should consult their healthcare provider before engaging in Reiki and/or EFT services. The practitioner reserves the right to decline services to any individual for any reason.
Assumption of Risk
By engaging in Reiki and/or EFT services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with emotional and energetic interventions. You agree to assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after the sessions.
No Professional Relationship
The practitioner-client relationship is not a professional or therapeutic relationship. The practitioner is not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider.

Shipping
**Free shipping does not apply to wholesale or clearance items.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.TheLightRevolution.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return a non-clearance item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. All seals must be intact.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you meet the criteria above and would like to process a return, please click here to enter your order number and zip code to create your return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Clearance Items
All clearance sales are final. Clearance items are non-refundable.
